This is a test article! (Please Read) – Cooper's Used Guitars

Hey there! In this article, I'm going to walk through the steps I took to set up the Guide (basically, the Help Center) while in my Sandbox account.

1) Activate the HC (Help Center). When in Guide, I clicked the Settings icon (that's the gear) on the right-hand side. In the Settings, there was a section that asked if I wanted to activate the Help Center (as it's never automatically activated). I clicked Activate and confirmed I wanted to have it set as active.

2) Theme Management + Branding. I decided that if I wanted a decent test HC, that I should update my theme and branding. I clicked on the eye-con (see what I did there) on the left-hand side and selected Add theme located at the top-right. Since my creativity was a bit challenging to come by this morning, I used the generic Copenhagen theme. But I had the option to add a marketplace theme or upload from either a file on my computer or GitHub. After I set it as my live theme, I went to edit the branding on my HC by clicking Customize on the Live Theme. From there, I adjusted my background colors to make a HC Branding that rivals Picaso himself through updating the fonts, colors, etc.

3) Created this post. To showcase what I did (as well as learn to create an article), I created this post right here! After typing all these words, I realized that I wanted to put in in the Announcements section in case others wanted to see it right away. I did this by selecting Announcements in the Publish in section area on the right-hand side. So I clicked Save and then used the arrow next to it to click Publish. I then realized that I had a few misspellings (haven't installed Grammarly yet), so I used the arrow next to Save to select Unpublish. Fixed some errors, and then clicked Save and Published again!

4) What I've learned since. So I tried to find my article, but realized there was a lock next to it. I attributed this to it only being visible to Agents and admins. So I went to the Visible to section on the draft of this article and changed it to Everyone. More to come when I find out more things about the HC!
